We have big news! WP-ORG is migrating to the cloud. Our co-location facility is shutting down and we’re getting kicked out. The nice thing about being a late adopter of cloud living is everyone else has already figured out the kinks and documented the speed bumps. We anticipate complete migration by the end of the year.
Among other things, the cloud frees us from hardware purchases and maintenance. It allows us to scale capacity up or down as needed. And WP-ORG becomes untethered geographically.
Despite the underlying tech changes, WP-ORG is still operated by a small group of people you know by name. We’re directly accessible by phone and email. We remain dedicated to connecting the West Point community by offering a space and the tools to gather and communicate.
In an age where every service is jockeying for your attention, clamoring for your data, electronically listening, and watching…. WP-ORG is different. We respect your privacy. We don’t collect your data. And we don’t sell data.
We’re honored to serve those who understand the value of service.
