May 21: President Biden presented the nation’s highest military honor to COL (R) Ralph Puckett Jr., USMA Class of 1949.
1LT Okheem Riley, USMA 2018, Body Recovered From Lake
The Riley County Police Department has identified Okheem Riley, 24, of Manhattan as the man who emergency responders found dead in Tuttle Creek Lake, which is near Manhattan in the Flint Hills of Northeast Kansas.
RCPD is investigating the death.
Officials said no foul play is suspected.

A retention policy offering Soldiers a chance to take a break in service while receiving pay and benefits for up to three years is now a permanent program.
