On Reception day, your new cadet will learn many new and wonderful things. To assist in the learning process, your new cadet will report to the cadet in the red sash. Always report here BEFORE making a post This will help you transition to lists such as the PARENT-FORUM, which is a list for upper-class parents. Whereas PLEBE-NET is your safe place for questions, there are Academy personnel on the PARENT-FORUM, and it is wise to learn good posting skills from the onset, using PLEBE-NET as your learning ground.
A slug is a special punishment for a serious offense. Results in loss of privileges, special fatigue duty, confinement to room during off duty hours,and may result in walking punishment tours.

The Fourth Class Year consists of six weeks of Cadet Basic Training, informally known as Beast Barracks. This training orients new cadets and introduces them to general military instruction including helicopter operations and road marches.
