If your Son or Daughter thinks they are physically fit enough for R-day, they will probably be sadly shocked.
Those who are sure they are not fit, need to work even harder. We cannot overemphasize the importance
of being fit. The active summer physical training is like nothing your Cadet Candidate has ever encountered.
Run

By the end of beast your cadet wil be expected to complete
3 mile run at an established pace.
2 mile run, 2 minute bout of pushups 2 minute bout of bent leg sit-ups
Minimum Push-ups Men = 32
Minimum Push-ups Women= 13
Minimum Sit-Ups Men = 42
Minimum Sit-ups Women = 40
Minimum times on 2 mile run Men = 16:54
Minimum times on 2 mile run Women = 19:54
