Below are a few calendar items to be aware of:
The Army West Point Women’s’ Soccer Team is coming to Chicago this weekend! They play DePaul on Friday, September 4, at 3:00 and Loyola Sunday, September 6, at 1:00. Please click to see attached flyer for details! UPDATE: For Friday afternoon's game at DePaul, the tailgate (start time is 2:00pm) location is 2314 N. Sheffield Avenue (across the street from DePaul Athletic Center and the parking garage). There will be soccer and star balloons that will mark the spot, and a young doorman, wearing an Army hat, to welcome you. For Sunday's game at Loyola, tables (with balloons) will be set up in the parking lot across the street from the Loyola field. Tailgate start time is noon.
Our annual WPPC-IL Fall Picnic is on September 20th at the Clarkson Park Building and Pavilion in Northfield, 5:00pm-7:00pm. All families are invited! Details to follow later this week!

Pre-Game Tailgate 11:00am-1:00pm @ Citizens Bank Park
Beat the cold at the pre-game tailgate inside the beautiful Hall of Fame Club in Citizens Bank Park (Phillies baseball stadium) right across the street from Lincoln Financial Field! Two hours of all-you-can-eat-and-drink Tailgate, with plenty of cheesesteaks, hot dogs, hoagies, beer, wine, soda and more. Enjoy music and face painters to get you in the spirit! GO ARMY! BEAT NAVY! Don't miss this great place to warm up and get in the mood for the big game… Tickets are $70 each for adults, $25 for children 12 and under.

New Cadet Letter Writing Party
New Cadet Letter Writing Party has been confirmed for Saturday, July 25th, 10:30am – Noon.
Location is Congressman Robert Dold's District Office, 300 Village Green, Suite 235 (above Egg Harbor Restaurant), Lincolnshire, IL 60069.
We'll have a little snack for you and letter writing supplies (including stamps) on hand.
Please bring cartoons, jokes, articles and anything else you can tuck in a letter that might make our new cadets smile!
