William L. Webb Jr. presented an officer's saber to his grandson, William IV, on the eve of his graduation from West Point May 24, 2013, at the West Point Train Station. In his remarks to a group of family and friends prior to the presentation, he discussed some of the history of the Class of '47 and the Train Station. William III (center) USMA '72, assisted in the presentation.
