Gold-ribbed hare’s ear

Using the instructins in The Orvis Fly-Tying Guide I tied 3 gold-ribbed hare’s ear that look decent. For hooks I used size 16 TMC 5262, 2XL, 2X, for nymph and streamer. I always have a bit of trouble getting the gold tinsel wrapped evenly. I used about 8-10 turns of lead wire on the body so that should make them sink. Anyway they look furry and buggy so they should catch fish.
