In Honor Bound

In Honor Bound by Gerald Seymour is a story about Afganistan during the Soviet invasion in the 1980′s. A British officer is tasked to supply redeyes to the Afgans and finds himself trying to shoot down Soviet Hind helicopters. A fast and easy read. Some of the dialog is pretty banal and uninteresting. On a scale of 1 to 10 this book is about a 3 — skip it unless you don’t have anything else to read.
