Parents, family members and friends of the Class of 2015 Plebes enjoyed crisp yet dry weather during the Plebe Parent Weekend of March 9-11, 2012. A wide variety of activities spanned the weekend, with Plebes being released for Spring Break on Sunday morning. Tours of the Cadet Mess, the Uniform Factory, and the Cadet Areas were open to guests, with a Welcome from The Dean, lectures, and there were several opportunities to visit faculty and other staff during Open House. Parents got a unique chance to purchase their own Cadet Parka on Friday, which proved a valuable commodity for the crisp and blustery Saturday morning Cadet Review in front of Washington Hall.

Saturday evening’s banquet was honored by the guest speaker, Commandant of Cadets Theodore Martin, Brigadier General, US Army, followed by the traditional receiving line and hop at Eisenhower Hall. Sunday morning, Spring Forward led to Spring Break, and a chance for the corps to recharge as they head into the final drive for Spring 2012 academics.
