To view a document using your browser, click on the "File: MS-WORD (.doc)" link. Once downloaded (browser open complete), you can save document file on your machine for subsequent use with your word processing program: select your browser's FILE menu; select SAVE (to use default file name) or SAVE AS (to assign file name of your choice); select directory to which you wish to save file; click on SAVE.
For faster download and viewing offline, click on the "Compressed (.zip)" link. To decompress file before viewing, you'll need program such as WinZip.
