Thursday 30 April

bullet 1830 - 2000     Welcome Reception, Hilton Hotel
bullet Uniform: Casual Attire
bullet Cost: $14.50 pp.

 

Friday, 1 May

 

bullet 0730 – 0830    Continental Breakfast
bullet Uniform for Daytime Activities:
bullet Men: Blazer/Sportcoat w/o tie.
bullet Ladies: Comfortable dress, suitable for Memorial Service and for later touring
bullet Cost: $17.55 pp.
bullet 0900 – 1000    Travel to West Point bullet 1000 – 1200    Memorial Service at Cadet Chapel
bullet Optional, after Memorial Service: Tour of the West Point Cemetery. Graves of Classmates will be marked. Bus available, or walk at your option.

Main Program of Events for the Afternoon:

bullet 1200 – 1300    Lunch at Eisenhower Hall, Cadet Restaurant, 2nd Floor
bullet Bus or walk. Cost: $20.00 pp
bullet 1330 – 1430    Briefing by the Superintendent, Eisenhower Hall Theater. bullet 1445 – 1600    Class Meeting – Eisenhower Hall Theater bullet 1615 – 1800    Return to Hotel by Bus

Optional Program of Events for the Afternoon:

bullet 1200 – 1800   
bullet 40-minute tour of Quarters 101 (The Superintendent’s Quarters and residence of Sylvanus Thayer, Father of the Military Academy).
bullet You will need to sign up for this with your registration materials. Tours will be staggered at 10-minute intervals. Tour tickets will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis, and will be available at check-in Thursday.
bullet Trip to Cold Spring (Lunch Reservations possible) or Woodbury Premium Outlet Mall (Shopping and lunch on your own).
bullet Bus Return to Hotel by 1800

bullet Uniform: “Dressy Casual,” without tie.
bullet1945 – 2300    Buffet Dinner at Hotel

bullet Men: Blue Blazer, white shirt, West Point tie, khaki trousers, reunion straw hat.
bullet Ladies: Comfortable outdoor dress attire. Slacks OK. Low or no heels suggested, as there is some walking and climbing into the bleachers.
bullet 1215 – 1315    Lunch – Cadet Mess
bullet Cost: $20.00 pp
