    Analyzed the market potential and segmentation for a company developing a new governance technology platform which promotes secure and real-time collaboration of directors, investors, and executives.  Wrote the detailed business plan and operational strategy to initiate the fundraising and marketing launch of this new venture.  Authoring a collection of contemporary inspirational biographies about many of the women who have graduated form the United States Military Academy at West Point within the past 25 years.

    Led strategic business model transition to ensure financial stability for this organization’s commitment to providing quality healthcare for the uninsured. Leveraged major assets to align operations with strategic mission. Analyzed organization and resource utilization, and developed standardized operating procedures to improve operational efficiency. Performed successful financial turnaround by acquiring steady source of income including sponsorships.     Profit and loss responsibility for service, logistics, and maintenance repair operation for $32 million business. Negotiated and contracted with third party logistics providers. Managed 30 people in three geographic locations, including overseas.
  • Developed and implemented global logistics, customer support strategy and infrastructure across three business units to include distribution of 40,000 diagnostics systems in 17 countries for Ford Motor Company.
  • Led outsourcing and implementation of a technical call center to handle first level hardware and software support in 14 languages.

  • Developed marketing program to enfranchise small PC manufacturers to license MS-DOS and Windows, thereby maximizing royalty revenues.

    UNITED STATES ARMY, Wuerzburg, Germany   1987-1991
    Deputy Public Affairs Officer (1990-1991)
    Directed communications and information processes for Division Commanding General to 18,000 military personnel, their families, and the community. Responsible for coordinating local and national press coverage, writing speeches, producing a daily radio show, and publishing a bi-weekly newspaper. Managed staff of 14 people.

    Executive Officer (1989)
    Second in command of a unit comprising 150 personnel and 50 vehicles. Planned, coordinated, and supervised maintenance operations and logistical support of over $3 million in military equipment.

    Platoon Leader (1988-1989)
    Commanded and trained a 30 person security unit. Directly supervised and evaluated seven noncommissioned officers. Created and led exercises to build unit cohesion and teamwork among personnel operating in situations that required decisive and coordinated action.
  • Led maintenance and tactical employment of $400,000 in military equipment.
