Four runs this week, on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday after rest days on Monday and Tuesday. I made the 70 km objective with a long 35 km run on Sunday.
The long run was encouraging. I had no cramps. My legs and feet held up well. I used the backpack hydration system. The weather warmed up and I ran in late afternoon. I didn’t eat anything on this run, because I just wasn’t hungry. I had eaten too much pizza for lunch I guess.
