Benefits of Membership for Cadet Families
- Annual Send Off Picnic-cadets & families of all classes urged to attend
- Flag flown over Capitol on 100th night-delivered to home address in time to be used for commissioning ceremony after graduation
- Graduation gift from club
- Milestone (A-Day, Recognition, Affirmation, Ring Weekend, 500th night) gifts/cards specific to class (varies based on fundraising fund)
- Surprises along the way (the more donations/fundraising we do the more your cadet benefits)!
Dues
Regular membership is for active Cadets and is $100 for the four years. If a cadet chooses to separate from the academy, the following refund policy applies upon request:
- During 1st (plebe) year – $75.00 will be refunded
- During 2nd (yearling) year – $50.00 will be refunded
- After 2nd year there will be no refunds
Payment of dues can be made by:
- Venmo to @WPPC-MidTN
- Check payable to WPPC of Mid TN and mailed to 544 Cassie Lane, White Bluff, TN 37187
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- To be eligible for Flag and Graduation gift, members must have paid the entire $100 due.
- For all classes, if dues are not paid before deadline of June 1, some benefits will not be made up.
- For example, if you pay dues after a card or gift was sent for milestone, it is too late to get one after that point.
- Thank you for your understanding! It is very tedious to keep up with everything we try to do for the cadets and going back to pick up past benefits is near impossible.
