WEST POINT PARENTS CLUB OF CENTRAL FLORIDA INVITES GULF COAST MEMBERS TO THE ANNUAL ALL ACADEMIES BALL ON DECEMBER 28,2002
The annual All Academies Ball hosted by the Central Florida West Point Parents Club will be held on Saturday, December 28 (the evening of the same date that we have our new prospect Holiday Reception). The Ball will be held at the Rosen Plaza Hotel located at 9700 International Drive in Orlando. The cost is $35.00 per person, including cadets. Dress is black tie for civilians and India white uniform for Cadets. Cocktails will be served at 6:30 pm; 7:00 pm group photo, 8:00 pm dinner, and 9:30 pm dancing.
There is a special rate available at the Rosen Centre Hotel (about ½ mile from the Rosen Plaza) for a special group rate of $49.00.
*Special note for Plebe Parents: The Plebes will not have been issued their India Whites yet so they will need to arrange to borrow the uniform from an upperclassman. Anyone having trouble with this mission should contact the Browns for help.
Each Cadet attending will receive a gift package that will include gift certificates and prizes that they will enjoy using while on leave.
RSVP with checks for those attending to Larry and Jan Brown 813-891-0518, 7044 Silvermill Dr. Tampa, Fl. 33635 it would be helpful to turn the checks in at the November 9 luncheon, so we know the number of cadet gift packages, but no later than November 20.
HEADS UP
Anyone who has contacts with companies that may want to donate dinner gift certificates and/or elegant gifts for our cadet gift bags are asked to contact Larry and Jan Brown for further information.
We provide gift bags for each of the cadets from our club that attend the All Academies Ball to an approximate value of $75-$100. Last year Sun Trust sponsored the entire bag for all of our cadets, we had six cadets attend last year. We would also like to extend our thanks to Sun Trust and our other institutional supporters for their ongoing assistance.

WEST POINT CALENDAR AVAILABLE
The 2003 West Point Scenic Wall Calendar
is currently in production and will be available for purchase in
mid-November 2002. However, Cadet Publications has begun accepting
advance orders for this special edition 12 month, full color, wall
calendar that contains beautiful color photographs of the scenery in and
around West Point, in addition to listings of current West Point events
such as theater shows and special cadet weekends and other events.
The cost of the calendar is only $15 (this price includes shipping and
handling). Please send your checks and/or money orders made payable to
