1. Sponsorship Brochure:
This brochure was prepared so that pertinent
information could be provided to potential sponsors in a comprehensive
and consistent manner. Please use this brochure when contacting
potential sponsors that you know. You should be able to print it in its
current form for your use. It includes a Sponsorship Information form
which the sponsor would use with instructions on how and where to send
sponsor donations. If you intend to approach the sponsor in person then
this brochure should suffice. If you intend to forward as a mailer then
use this as an attachment to the Sponsorship Brochure.

2. Individual Donation and Gift
Form:
This form is to be used for donations less than $1,000
and gifts that are donated for the silent auction or other similar
uses. Please provide it as appropriate to the individual or business
making the donation.

3. Sponsorship Letter:
This letter was created in order to make your efforts
towards preparing mail out solicitations simple and easy. You can copy
it from the website and paste it into your version of MS Word so that
you can customize it as necessary. It was designed to be a cover letter
for the sponsorship Brochure so you will need to print the brochure for
each letter you prepare and send it as an attachment. You may also want
to use it as a cover letter to solicit smaller amounts or gifts. If so
just change the Attachment label at the bottom from “Sponsorship
Brochure” to “Individual Donation and Gift Form.” The addressee,
address, and date at the top of the letter will have to be edited of
course. The signature block at the bottom has been left in the format
that the Presnal’s used so you can see it but you should also customize
that in the way that you would like. Feel free to edit the letter as
you would like. Our only suggestion is that you keep the length of the
letter to one page.
