ORDERING INFORMATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

• Take your time to fill out the order information correctly with the right spelling, capitalization, and punctuation – double check your name, address, city, state, and zip code. I will import your information into a label printer so what you enter is how your order will be shipped (or in some cases, delayed or returned because people enter their information wrong. ) Last year I had to call people get corrections... please be careful! If you enter the wrong credit card info, there will be a further delay because our financial wizard will be traveling as the orders flow in.

• Read the following the instructions on ordering. We have new ordering options this year, so be sure you are ordering what you want.

• Read the informational page (and links) before asking a question.

• Watch for regular updates on the West Point and Navy parent forums for the latest status.

• When you receive your confirmation, you will notice that the shipping information is BLANK on the confirmation copy. Don't worry – it's safely recorded in our files exactly as you entered it.

BASIC ordering:

If you want a 2009 Army and/or Navy, Large or Small poster, carefully select the quantity of each print and the program will automatically calculate the total amount due including the quantity discounts and including any additional donation that you may wish to make. Take a look at the Gift Image on the order info page – we changed the posters slightly for 2009 so take the time to review before you order.

NEW for 2009 – Previous Years Combined Order

If you want to order a print from 2007 or 2008, you can combine that request with a 2009 order and you will receive a deep discount on the 2007 and 2008 prints. Go to this section and add to your order and I can ship them combined to save postage and save you some money.

NEW for 2009 – Previous Years – No 2009 Order

If you do not order a 2009 print, you can still order a 2007 or 2008 version and normal pricing applies as shown in the table on the website – go to this section and enter the desired number of prints and the program will calculate the total amount due. The price is higher due to the shipping and handling.

NEW for 2009 - special trial offering for ARMY Parents:

With any order, you can add on up to 4 “company pictures” for $5 each that will be shipped electronically so that you can print them. Electronic images will be e-mailed when the order window closes, so that we can “batch” ship them. Otherwise my Internet provider would shut us down as these files range between 4 and 6 MB each.

If you want to see a blown up version, look at resolution of the first picture on the above page. I have formatted them for 8x10, but you can print them at 5x7 if so desired. These are high resolution photographs as shot when the company assembled on the field with minimal edits – there are camera men on the field, I tried to dodge the overhead camera cables, etc. You can edit and print for your family and cadet as you wish, but we ask that each family orders their own JPG image. (Remember that the proceeds are going to the troops ! ) Last year as a test, I provided similar images to several parents who all were very appreciative to have a close up of their cadet's company... you will be delighted. Lighting was tough for the 3rd and 4th Regiments, but are still a worthwhile keepsake. Printing an 8x10 can be easily done very economically at your local printer.
