Cadet Jacob Dewhirst of Gig Harbor, Washington, Class of 2014, recently traveled to Nashville to participate in a Bluegrass Showcase. Although the distance from home and his music buddies makes things difficult sometimes, he is honored to represent West Point and the Army as he prepares to serve as an officer when he graduates in 2014.
