Outstanding Delegation - Army

Capt. Daniel Dorado (from left) traveled with cadets Jon Green, Jameson Moore, Michael Wolk, Shuja Kazmi, Tyler Parten, Larkin O'hern, Alison Simmons, and Sean Gahagan to Denton, Texas where they took first place at the annual Southwestern Regional Model Arab League Conference on April 1-2. It was an overwhelming victory as six of eight cadets competing were individually recognized for their performance. In total, approximately 200 student-delegates were at the conference from 13 schools. The Army team represented Kuwait in the Joint Defense Council, Council on Palestinian Affairs, Council of Arab Social Affairs Ministers, Council on Political Affairs, and Council of Environmental Affairs Ministers.

 

Mike ’07 is the son of Patrick & Nancy Wolk.
