1LT Hailey E. Hodsden was killed when a citizen's vehicle hit her Stryker armored vehicle on a highway in southern Germany. She was treated and taken to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead. She was a platoon leader assigned to the 2nd Cavalry Regiment, 4th Squadron. 1LT Hodsden played on West Point's rugby team from 2017 to 2021.
