On 4/16/2007 authorities found
the body of Nicholas Rossini in Goose Lake MN. Nicholas, 21,
went missing from his home Dec. 17 while on vacation from the
The United States Military Academy. He had been in a traffic
collision just two days prior. The search for Nicholas continued
for five months. The search had been hampered by weather. Searching
resumed this spring as ice cleared from area lakes. There was
no evidence of foul play. The county medical examiner, ruled
he died of an accidental drowning. He is survived by his parents,
five sisters and his grandfather.
