The web of the man-eating spider. The boys had to get past this spider web without ringing the bells more than 3 times. If they did, they had to start over (which they did once). In this event, Russell was blind, so they had to get him past the web without hitting ringing the bells. Then they help each other across.

The electrified horse corral. Now the boys find themselves inside a horse corral and the fence is suddenly electrified, so they cannot touch it or the trees. Here, Jason is blind. They are

The Titanic. Now, they are stuck on a sinking ship and must escape out the portal window. Cooper is blind, so he needs help getting out.

The river of lava. Now, after the trek, the boys decide to to to town to get a pizza, but a volcanic eruption has a lava river flowing between them and their prize! Plus, they have a bottle of perfume that they must get across without spilling (they lost the lid) [it was really just a water bottle]. On Cooper's first attempt across, he touched the lava, so they boys have to get Cooper across again without the use of his legs. For this event, it is Grant's turn to be blind.

Escape from Alcatraz.Guess what? In this event, no one is blind! Now the only thing between them and freedom is this wall. At first, Jason tried to get up to help the other boys, but he just couldn't get his leg up to pull himself over. So, Grant went first and got over the wall. He then helped Russell get up. Then the 2 of them helped Cooper up. Since only 2 boys could be up on top, Grant had to come down (to help spot on the ground). Josh was next. Now, it was up to Jason to jump like Michael Jordan and grab Josh's hand so Josh and Cooper could help him over the wall. After many attempts, they finally did it!

This day's route was fairly easy - except right after we passed Upper Dean Cow camp, the trail disappeared. There was a 4 WD trail off to our side, so we took that.
