There are four options for receiving vpFREE messages:
1. Individual emails - Send individual email messages.
2. Daily digest - Send many emails in one message.
3. Special notices - Only send important updates from the group moderator.
4. Web Only (or No Email) - Don"t get notified of the latest happenings. Read messages only on the web.

To change your method of delivery on vpFREE, go to the vpFREE home page:
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/vpFREE
Log in, click on "Edit Membership" and this will take you to the correct place to change your method of delivery.

To change your method of delivery on all of your Yahoo Groups, go to the vpFREE home page:
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/vpFREE
Log in, click on "Yahoo Groups" and then click on "Edit My Groups" and you can change your method of delivery for all of your groups.
