This Saturday Army takes on the Huskies and the Southside will Gather once again to rabble rouse to victory. Here are the particulars:
WHAT: Army vs UCONN football watch party
WHEN: Saturday, 18 September, starting promptly at 1200 hrs
WHERE: Y-Knots Sports Bar and Grill Peachtree City GA
WHY: According to the 1951 bugle notes on page 190, the Cadets of the U. S. Military Academy is first in the order of parade precedence of all military organizations.
According to ESPN, Army has a 98% chance of winning.
Reminder for those who might show up for the first time:
1. Farmers Market in front of Y-knots means you should park behind the shopping center.
2. No one under 21 can be in Y-Knots.
3. Doors open at noon, unless you have a hankering for pickled okra, no need to show up early.

Notes Below:
1. Y-Knots normally does not open until Noon. They will open their doors for us at 11:30 on account of the start time, but by law they cannot serve adult beverages until noon.
2. Park behind the shopping center to avoid the crowded farmer’s market on the front side.
3. No one under 21 can enter Y-Knots

Football season is now upon us.
As has become custom, the Southside will Gather to rabble rouse the Black Knights to victory. Here are the particulars:
WHAT: Army vs GA State football game
WHEN: Saturday, 4 September, starting promptly at 12:00 noon
WHERE: Y-Knots Sports Bar and Grill, Peachtree City, GA
WHY: Good Food, Good Drink, Good Football
Some friendly reminders for those who may have forgotten and/or for new attendees:
1. No one under 21 is allowed inside Y-Knots
2. There will be a farmers market in the front parking lot so parking can get tight. The lot behind the shopping center always has parking.
3. Y-Knots opens its doors at high noon…sometimes they let us enter a few minutes early but not much. So do not go Lombardi time for this event unless you want to peruse the farmers market.
