Some rooms have great views of the river, but not many.  Desks, especially in three-person rooms, are pretty compact.  Note state-of-the-art flat screen monitor, printer and UPS computer equipment -- replete with TV cards, internet access and high-speed networking.  Additionally, each cadet has a personal telephone.
