Hotel Accommodations
Rooms may be reserved at the Marriott Sugarland until Friday, December 9, 2004 at a rate of $59.00 per night (plus tax) for a standard guest room. Reservations can be made by calling the Marriott Reservations Department at 281-275-8400 or 1-800-228-9290 and requesting the West Point Parents Club special group rate. You can also conveniently make your reservation on line at www.marriot.com/housl (enter grooup code: WPPWPPA). All reservations are subject to availability. Check in begins at 4:00 PM and check out concludes at 12:00 PM.
Parking
Valet parking is available for a fee of $6.00 for the ball or $17.00 for overnight guests. Ample free parking is available at the two parking garages adjacent to the hotel.
Reservations and Check-in
No tickets will be mailed. All reservations are final; no refunds will be made. Every effort will be made to accommodate your seating preferences for tables of 10.
Please report to your designated academy for your seating assignment. At check-in, information will be provided on photography and where to pick up your preordered Academy Engraved Bowl. Please have your cadet/mid report to check-in since the cash prizes will be given at check-in this year. Coast Guard and Merchant Marine attendees should check in at the Naval Academy.
