The first email EXCOM meeting was initiated on 15 May 2020 with an agenda from Vice President/Secretary Bob Wray, to President Dick Secord, Treasurer Norm Blahuta, Historian Dan Ludwig, and ISO Jack Campbell. The general purpose of the meeting was to make some decisions about the April 2021 reunion and to clarify some meeting procedures.
1) EXCOM voted five to zero to confirm Bob Wray as Secretary to replace Tom Phillips.
2) EXCOM voted five to zero to adopt the following procedures for labeling and distributing EXCOM meeting minutes:
a. Secretary records a Rough Draft of the minutes and distributes to EXCOM for review.
b) Secretary incorporates any changes and corrections into a Final Draft and submits to EXCOM for review.
c) Secretary incorporates any changes and corrections, labels the minutes as Final , and submits to EXCOM for approval and posting to the Class net and AOG records.
3) EXCOM voted five to zero to task the Secretary and Assistant ISO/Webmaster to conform the Class Website Protocols for recording and distributing minutes of EXCOM meetings to those in practice.
4) EXCOM voted five to zero to make the decision on the year label for the April 2021 reunion rather than submit the question to an entire Class survey.
5) EXCOM initially voted three to two to call the April 2021 reunion the 65th Reunion. The opinion of the Reunion Director and ex-VP, Jim Bergen, was subsequently deemed appropriate for this question and the addition of his vote resulted in a three to three tie. The President resolved the issue by directing the April 2021 reunion be referred to as the " 66th Reunion of the Class of 1955 " in future communications.
6) EXCOM agreed five to zero to keep the baseball caps with the 65th reunion label, since they are already made and not returnable.
7) EXCOM voted five to zero to appoint Tom Sims to an official EXCOM position as Webmaster/Assistant ISO.
