The 15 February 2020 teleconference of the USMA Class of 1955 Executive Committee (EXCOM) was called to order at 2:00 PM Eastern. A quorum of four members was present.
MINUTES; The minutes of the 16 October 2019 teleconference had been approved previously by the EXCOM via email.
CLASS FUNDS; The Treasurer’s report had previously been submitted to the EXCOM via email. The summary of balances is as follows:

The Treasurer reported that all funds are in good shape.
REUNION PLANNING; Reunion chairman, Jim Bergen, reported that Dick Auer’s planning for the Class banquet was well underway, as is Dick Wargowsky’s planning for the memorial service. The final reunion schedule should be available and distributed next week. The registration packet will be sent out by the AOG Gold Team in mid-March. As of now there are 38 classmates and three widows that have signified that they will attend. A total of 107 attendees are expected.
COACHES’S HOUSES; The project manager for developing booklets for the 17 coaches houses and the DIA’s house, Dave Wheeler, reported that the booklets are in the final stages of development. A proof of one booklet will be made available for review and approval next week. The booklets will be presented to the coaches and the DIA at dinner at the Hotel Thayer on Monday evening. We plan to invite the Superintendent, the President of the AOG, the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, 17 athletic coaches w/guest, an AOG representative who was instrumental in booklet preparation, and a family member of those deceased persons honored by a plaque. The cost will be absorbed by donations by selected classmates.
REUNION BOOKLET; Dan Ludwig reported that he is in the process of developing a reunion booklet similar to that prepared for the 60th reunion. He is being helped in this project by Chuck Ewing.
There being no further business, the teleconference was adjourned at 2:45 PM.
