Gil Weden

(Bio)

After spending time in Korea and Vietnam as a pilot and maintenance officer, I went to Lewis Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio. While there I worked on gas turbine engines and advanced concept rotorcraft transmissions. Retired from the Army in July 1975 and went to work as a civilian at Lewis Research Center, ultimately retiring in 1990.

Sarah and I have four children, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. We like to travel and have been to Alaska, England, Ireland, Scotland, Germany, Russia, France, Finland, the Bahamas and Jamaica.

We now live in Muncie, Indiana and try to walk every day. With healthy children, grandchildren , great grandchildren and good friends, we feel we have been truly blessed by God.
