Edmund Vulgas
Edmund Vulgas was born on 12 June 1932 in Portland, Oregon. He was appointed to West Point by US Senator Cordon of Oregon and entered on 3 July 1951. He was in Company H2, graduated on 7 Jun 1955 and was commissioned in the US Army in the Infantry.

Edmund Vulgas

Edmund Vulgas, a 16-year resident of San Ramon, died at home Friday after a long illness. He was 64.
A native of Portland, Ore., and former Charlottesville, Va., resident, he served in Army military intelligence and retired as a lieutenant colonel after 24 years.
He graduated in 1955 from West Point and belonged to the Retired Officers Association. He was a branch manager for Bank of America in San Francisco for nine years.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Rita Vulgas of San Ramon; daughter, Kristina Vulgas-Dickey of Sacramento; sons, Rene Vulgas of Danville and Derek Vulgas of San Ramon; sister, Roxanna Fenner of North Hills; mother, Celia Tarlow of Russia; and father, Constantine Vulgas of Greece.
