William Trest Parks

William Trest Parks was born on 25 September 1929 in Louisville, Mississippi. He was appointed to West Point from the 4th Congressional District of Mississippi and entered on 3 July 1951. He was in Company D1 and was a Cadet Lieutenant and platoon leader his first class year. He graduated on 7 June and was commissioned in the US Army in the Infantry.
