Angeline Fikaris
It is with the deepest sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Angeline Fikaris on July 28, 2021. She was a most devoted wife to her husband, Peter Class of 1955. A wonderful mother to her daughter, Marilynn (Tom), and 3 sons, Peter, George (Dheanna), and Mark (Marcy). Also, she greatly enjoyed her grandchildren: Maria, Michael (West Point, Class of 2016), Peter, Alec (West Point, Class of 2021), Noelle, Lia and Matthew. As most everyone who has met her knows, Angie especially took so much joy in giving to all those she met. Her passion for art brought her unbelievable happiness and she loved to surround herself with anything artistic and creative. Her art legacy will remain on this earth as a reminder of her exceptional talent. She always loved to learn new artistic techniques and enjoyed traveling around the country studying with her good friends. Most of all, if you met her you knew you would not forget her because Angie always left a sweet impression on you - a certain glow where you felt the world was better with her in it.
As we prepare our goodbyes, we ask everyone to remember those moments where your lives crossed with Angie and it brought a smile to your face. Remember her sweet personality, her radiant smile, how her art studio was like a Magical place where we all reveled in her creativity, how she never had an unkind word to say about anyone, and remember how much she loved being a wife, a mother, grandmother and a person we love and will miss with all of our hearts. She is survived by her beloved family, and an innumerable collection of friends and relatives from all over the world.
