Fred Bliss resigned as Class President in OCT 1974 and was replaced by Donne Olvey, who continued to serve as Vice President also.

Some unelected Class members from the Washington DC area provided administrative support for EXCOM during the 1970's and 1980's. In May 1985 at the 30th Reunion, a revised Class Constitution was adopted that ended the tenure of the original Class officers and prescribed the election of Class officers every five years.

The 2000 Class Constitution was adopted at the 45th reunion in SEP 2000. It established two categories of Class officers, namely Honorary and Regular. The honorary officers are the original six Class officers elected in 1954. They will hold these positions for life. Regular Class officers include: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Historian, Scribe and Information Systems Officer.

Following the death of Carl Cathey in November 2000, Ed Trobaugh assumed the position of Class President and Jack Doyle was appointed Class Vice President.
