Brothers and Sisters, please rise to Honor our Fallen.

Please join me in honoring our fallen Cadets and Midshipmen, our fallen Army, Navy, Air Force, Merchant Marine and Coast Guard Academy Class Members and Graduates and all of our brothers and sisters, military and civilian, who have given their lives to protect and uphold our nation and our nation's citizens.

Let us remember all fallen Cadets and Midshipmen, including those whom we name now, silently or aloud.

Let us remember all fallen Class Members and Graduates of our United States Service Academies, including those whom we name now, silently or aloud.

Let us remember all of our brothers and sisters, military and civilian, who have given their lives to save our nation, to comfort our citizens or to strengthen our civilization, including those whom we name now, silently or aloud.

And now, let us be determined that all beings everywhere be happy, and that Truth, Righteousness, Peace and Love be established upon the earth.
