Zane is survived by his wife Angela and
his four month old Son.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday,
1 August 2004 at 1400 - Main Post Chapel, Fort Bragg, NC. The
body is to be flown to CA for burial thereafter.
Donations may be made to the Bryant S.
Kang Fund (4 month old son) at any Bank of America in the United
States.
Zane suffered from heat stroke while taking
physical training on Monday the 26th, was taken to Womack Army
Hospital at Ft Bragg with a 108 degree temperature, and was transferred
to UNC hospital at Chapel Hill on Tuesday. His wife, Angela and
mother-in-law, Judy Pearsall were at his bedside.
