If anyone is looking to transition into Cardiac Medical Sales (pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and heart failure devices), Guidant has opportunities in NY/NJ/CT. I could also put you in touch with managers in Philly or Boston. There are currently only 3 grads (including myself) working in the Northeast corridor and the managers and directors would love to bring on some more JMO types to diversify a force that consists of former pharmaceutical reps and healthcare professionals (nurses, PA's, etc).
