For those grads looking for a great reserve job, I'd suggest the 80th Division (Institutional Development). There are 8 brigades around the US and they support ROTC units, CAS3, and CGSC. My reserve job consists of working with ROTC cadets as an Assistant Professor of Military Science. No deployments, no regular field time, I work out my schedule with the unit--in other words, completely unlike the regular army. If anyone has any questions, feel free to write.
