My heart goes out to all my American friends on the first commemoration of the Independence of the United States after the terrible Sep 11 attacks. Let the memory of all the victims remind you of the greatness of your nation and the proud legacy of your ancestors who fought and won your independence. A different war is being fought now, one which requires the unity not only of all Americans, but of all good willing people around the world. We stand by you!!
