CPT Adamouski was one of six soldiers killed when their UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter crashed in central Iraq

CPT Adamouski was laid to rest at Arlington Cemetery. Following his burial, remains were found and identified as belonging to CPT Adamouski. Those remains were buried at West Point.
