Mike Aldinger - Mike and Angi live in York, PA.  They have a son, Tucker.  Mike works with Angi's father for a steel fabrication company.

Troy Baronet - Troy writes "After serving a little over a year as the Sarasota, FL Recruiting Company Commander, I got out of the Army on March 1st.  I’m now working as a mechanical project engineer for a company called Flair in Ocala, FL. The company manufactures dryers that filter and demoisturizes compressed air.  Various industries use the dryers to keep their compressed air lines from freezing up and to prevent the moisture in the air from corroding their equipment.  Life is good.  Kyle just graduated from kindergarten and he’s only 3 hours away now so I’ll be able to spend more time with him.  Also, my youngest brother Brad is here in Gainesville as well.  I haven’t talked to my boss yet but I will try to make it up to West Point for the reunion."

Marty Barr - Marty is stationed at Ft. Benning and works for the Ranger Regiment.

Mike Brogan - Here is the Brogan's newest arrival - Sean Michael Brogan, born on 8 August 1999.  He weighed 7 lbs., 11 oz and was 20.25 inches long.  Mary and the baby are doing fine.

Heather (Burruss) Peters - Heather writes: "An update here, I am half-way completed with my PhD and hope to defend my dissertation in Dec 2002.  Classes are done except one next fall.  More research and publication remain to fulfill the graduation requirements.  My first article should appear in "Analytical Chemistry" in one of the February or March issues.  Shane is still with the Winston-Salem Police Department and loves his job on the SWAT team."

Check out Heather's web page - http://www.wfu.edu/~peteh03g/

Denny Cowher - Denny writes "Hi everyone! l had a nice long Christmas Break.  Grad School is great.  I am at Penn State and I am studying Geography.  Yes I will teach the dreaded "Dirt" or EV203 at West Point in a couple of years.  Risa is here with me and she is getting her masters in history.  I am looking forward to going back to West Point and celebrating our 10 year reunion.  I expect that my house will be full of I-Beamers and I wouldn't want it any other way."

Eric Dejong - Eric writes" In October, I decided to leave RWD Technologies in Columbia, MD to accept an offer from SAS Institute, Inc. in Cary (Raleigh), NC.  This will be a much better work environment for me - 35 hour work week, four weeks vacation, generous profit sharing plan, on-site health care, etc... However, our lives have been a bit chaotic lately since I am working in North Carolina and my family is still in Maryland since we have not yet sold our house. We hope to have that worked out by late spring/early summer so we can buy our third house somewhere near Raleigh. SAS is a great company - ranked as the sixth best company to work for in America by Fortune Magazine. We are the world's largest privately held software company (I can't wait for the company to go public) and the ninth largest software vendor in the world. We are widely recognized as the leader in decision support software and data mining/data warehousing. My wife, Dori, currently runs a day care business out of our home which allows her to make a few bucks while still being able to stay home with our two daughters. Dori is also working on a Masters in Education and plans to start a teaching career when the girls are both in school. Abigail turned five in June and started kindergarten in September. Allison turned three in October and thinks I go to work because there is candy there. The girls are the best of friends and are both great kids. The boss of the house, however, is without a doubt my miniature dachshund, General.

Check out our web page at  http://home.nc.rr.com/thedejongs/index.html Dori put it together. It is supposed to be a look at our family from my dog's perspective. Maybe it's a little corny but it helps our family and friends stay up to date a little bit on what is going on in our lives. Feel free to send us an e-mail.    I look forward to seeing you all at the 10 year reunion.  My work e-mail is eric.dejong@sas.com"

Lew Henry - No report.

Saul Herrera - Saul writes "I wanted to let I-Beam know that I met up with Paul Miles here in Colorado Springs. I hadn't seen him since flight school. He was enroute from CAS3 to DLI and passed through.  We went out for a few beers and had a good time. He had some good stories from Korea and Thailand.  Bottom line, he is doing great and it was great to see him. I'm still in command and will be taking my Troop to Bosnia at the end of this month. My wife, Shannon, and two daughters, Caitlin and Christina, are all doing fine.  I'll definitely  miss them all."

Dan Hodne - Dan writes "Rebecca and I have are hands full with our two daughters.  Hope things are going well your way.  Don't know if you got the update, but we had our second girl on August 21st of this year.  Her name is Kristen Rose and she was 8 lbs, 6 oz. at birth.  Both Lauren and Kristen are daddy's girls.  I'm already setting up Hodine's House of Horrors for their future boyfriends.  ha ha. Command is going well, I am hoping to get an O/C position at the Special Operations Training Detachment at JRTC next summer.  SF Branch is doing their slating for next summer PCS's right now, I'll let you know how that goes."

Dan Izzo - No report.

Bob King - Bob has started working for a new firm, Brobeck, Phleger, & Harrison LLP.  It is a very tech-savvy firm.  Brobeck represents a lot of the .com's, and it is a great place for a EE patent attorney to work.  The firm is based in San Francisco, but Washington, DC, is going to be their East Coast Intellectual Property headquarters.  E-mail address is rking@brobeck.com

Bob writes "We just had our first anniversary, and went to Susan's sister's wedding.  I had a blast, but played horrendous golf the day before.  I got some new Nicklaus clubs, and they did not improve my game.  I guess I'll have to wait until next season.  I did, however, get to go to the Bills-Titans game on Sunday night, which was a blast.  The stadium was crazy, and the Bills won. Susan is doing well.  She is still at Morgan, Lewis, & Bockius.  We rarely see each other - we usually get home after 9 PM and then grab a bite to eat somewhere, before the laptops come out we do a little more work.  Such is the life of the lawyer."

John Lieb - No report.

Stacy Manning - Stacy writes "Ron and I are living in Buffalo, NY, with our two sons, Kincaid (3) and Lincoln (1).  Ron is out of the Army and working as a sales rep for a company called Buckeye International, and I am staying home with the boys.  Hope you guys are doing well.  Can't wait to hear the reunion stories.

Bob Martinolli - Bob write "
We are still in Michigan and I still work for the Ford Motor Company. The job is going very well and I am currently involved with the building of a new assembly plant to make Ranger Trucks and the revitalization of the Ford Rouge Center. The program is called the Heritage Project and has been in the news and Newsweek for the past couple of weeks. Allayne is working for a company in Cleveland out of our home as a Director of Health Promotion.  RJ is almost 20 months and brings us more joy than I ever could have imagined. I have included a picture of him and more can be seen at http://members.aol.com/chimps2/martinolli.html He has already had a broken arm, fat lips, and black eyes. Unfortunately, he has my grace of movement.  Brad Doebel works for K-Mart as a Financial Analyst and only lives about 40 minutes from me."

Al Mategrano - No report.

Ed Mathia - Ed and Kristie recently adopted a son.  We congratulate them and wish them well.  They reside in the St Louis, MO area.  Ed works for a silicon wafer manufacture.

Kevin McComas - Kevin is currently working as a project manager at Applied Materials (we make the machines that make computer chips).  He came from Fort Jackson, SC where he commanded a Basic Training company for 19 months.  He and his family plan to stay in Austin for the foreseeable future as things are going very well right now.

Paul Miles - Paul writes "I just arrived at DLI.  I'll be working at the school for six months, then I start the Thai course in August.  It lasts one year. Then I'm supposed to go to Thailand and attend the Thai Command and General Staff College, followed by four months of travel around Southeast Asia. After that, grad school back here.  I'm really looking forward to it.  I love Thailand, and I've been there four times on vacation.  I also went to Laos for ten days last year.
As our company class committee rep, I'll be writing to everyone soon asking for $$$ for AOG, and also hopefully putting out info on the reunion."

Roy Raugh - "To give you a little update on me, I am now working as the Director of Quality Assurance at a software company called Viewlocity.
