1901 -- The Charles Daly show.   Daly accounted for all of Army's points with a 35-yard field goal and a 110-yard kickoff return.  He also prevented two Navy TDs crunching open-field tackles and preserved the Army lead with several booming second-half punts.  Army 11, Navy 5.

1907 -- Army fumbled deep in their own territory early in the game, setting up a Navy TD.  Army moved to the Navy 25-yard line in the second half, but was unable to score.  Navy 6, Army 0.

1912 -- Navy's John Brown missed two FGs, but hit two others for the only points in the game.  Navy 6, Army 0.

 

1935 -- Army QB Monk Meyer led the team to 28 first-half points.  Meyer threw TD passes of 35 and 40 yards and Ed "Whitey" Grove went 80 yards on a reverse.  Navy moved inside Army's 20-yard line four times, but did not score until the 4th quarter.  Meyer finished 2nd to Chicago's Jay Berwanger in voting for the first Heisman Trophy.  Army 28, Navy 6.

1940 -- In front of 103,000 fans at Philadelphia's Municipal Stadium, Navy shut out Army.  Navy 14, Army 0.

1946 -- Army completed it's third straight unbeaten season after jumping out to a 21-6 halftime lead and hanging on for the win.  The game ended when time ran out before Navy could get off a 4th down play from Army's 3 yard line.  The game featured Army's first two Heisman Trophy winners, Felix "Doc" Blanchard ('45 Heisman winner) and Glenn Davis ('46 Heisman winner).  Army 21, Navy 18

1946 Army-Navy Game Program

 

1957 -- Army entered the game averaging more than 400 yards per game on offense, but Navy intercepted two passes in the end zone to stop Army's only scoring threats.  Navy 14, Army 0.

1968 -- Army's Charlie Jarvis (who had fumbled on the Navy 22 yard line the year before to end a comeback attempt) scored all three Army TDs.  Army 21, Navy 14.

1974 -- President Ford watched Navy shut out the Army wishbone.  Navy 19, Army 0.
