Here you can see that the keg seats sit on top of the long horizontal frame bars, which in turn sit on top of the corner vertical bars. Also you can see that the short end horizontal bars (which bear no load) are welded to the side of the long horizontal bars. I know a GOOD weld is stronger than the steel, but I'm not sure my welds would be. So I did it this way to be sure.
