Preliminary Cost Estimate

The estimate is based on the preliminary project, which was submitted to IPCJ in December 2004.
It takes in consideration the fact that the realizing of the project may be in different phases. It is also known to the author that part of the project might be done with the help of volunteers, which would require additional supervision work by the architect.

As for the cost listed below:
The costs are raw estimates and no reductions are made for work done by volunteers. The prices take in consideration a normal planting scheme.

The main work, as the pathways, the prayer areas, the wall covering with stone etc. should preferably be done by a contractor. Volunteers under supervision can do the planting and the sculpturing of the different areas between the prayer spaces.
