Cadet Captain Dennis Culp (King of the Beasts) wearing a sash is on the right front flank of the reviewing officers. I believe left to right is Col Tarbox, the senior Tac, then BG Miichael Davidson, the Commandant.  Next might be BG Bessel, the the Dean, not sure, then Dennis Culp.  The other 3 cadets (with sashes)  in the 2d row are Landgraf, Shore and Werner.
