It's hard to realize that Bill is no longer with us. I remember his engaging personality and always positive attitude. He seemed to handle everything with ease and class. Everyone enjoyed being around Bill - no matter what the activity would be. His quick wit and ability to lend humor to any situation provided us with some much needed comic relief to the highly competitive and serious demands of the military life.

We miss him and share the loss with his family. I think he would be best described as a really nice person who left us way too soon.
