Deep sympathy to Carroll and family as Bill temporarily leaves your side. Jack and I had the pleasure of getting reacquainted with Bill and Carroll at the 30th reunion and looked forward to other meetings. He was Jack's company mate and will always hold a special place in my memory. When the shadowy Long Gray Line claimed Bill - I know that Jack was there to welcome him with a big smile and open arms.
