 [dc1]Immediate openings are available for a junior and mid-level Electrical Engineer to perform Electronic Warfare (EW) vulnerability analyses, with a focus on RF communications links, for selected Joint Capability Technology Demonstrations (JCTDs). Knowledge of RF/EW engineering, propagation, analysis and testing is required. Must have at least a BSEE with a current TS/SSBI and be SCI eligible. A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required for the junior engineer and five years for the mid-level engineer.  [dc3]The Director of Army Programs is the company’s expert on the plans, funding and capability needs (gaps) for the Army.  This person tracks Service funding through the Department of Defense (DoD) Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Process, and guides the company’s growth strategies accordingly.  This Director will be an integral part of the Life Cycle Value Stream process and Enterprise business development plans with the four business portfolios in Government Systems.  Ensures these plans are in line with the Services’ vision and supporting acquisition plans.  Maintains appropriate top level customers contacts within the Army and Defense Industry; facilitates interface between company top management and appropriate customer base as required.  Additionally, leads the harmonization of Enterprise business goals while identifying strategic inflection points in the market that offer major advancements for the company in the Army ground communications and electronics domain.  Maintains adequate technical expertise and has sufficient business experience to brief DoD decision makers with minimal support from the Enterprise.
