SE Michigan Admissions Field Force

The Southeast Michigan Admissions Field Force represents the Military Academy as admissions counselors and advisors and to identify the best and brightest potential candidates for the U.S. Military Academy. The Field Force requires the efforts of many individuals to accomplish its mission.

Activities:

The Southeast Michigan Admissions Field Force performs the following types of activities:

  • Conduct cadet candidate interviews as part of USMA admissions process
  • Provide cadet candidates support on the admissions process (answering questions, providing contacts, etc…)
  • Participate in college night events
  • Conduct high school visits
  • Support high school guidance counselors
  • Coordinate for USMA cadet visits to local schools
  • Coordinate for HS counselor attendance at USMA events
  • Present admissions offers to cadet candidates
  • Coordinate with local JROTC and ROTC programs
  • Participate in USMA Admissions office sponsored events for SE Michigan
  • Coordinate with local Senators and Congressmen for Congressional Appointments and USMA admissions activities

Volunteers:

The Admissions Field Force needs volunteers from all areas of SE Michigan. Anyone interested in participating in recruiting activities should contact: LTC(R) Kate Lynch, 248-706-0941.
