February Monthly Luncheon

Not to forget this month’s society luncheon, 11:30-1:00, this Wednesday the 8th at the Saltgrass Steak House, 10614 Research Blvd., across from Costco.

LTC (Ret.) Bob Crouch, VP, National Mounted Warfare Foundation will be giving us a presentation on “Coming soon to Central Texas – the National Mounted Warrior Museum.” Bring a classmate or two!

Bob grew up in a military family and graduated from high school in Heidelberg, Germany. He is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of Tampa ROTC program, and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in May 1990. He served in Army units across the United States, in Germany, and in Iraq. His education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Tampa, and a Master of Arts degree in international relations from the University of Oklahoma. He served in various command and staff positions from platoon to Army Service Component Command levels, culminating in his final assignment as Assistant Chief of Staff, G5 (Chief of Plans), 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), serving in this position both at Fort Hood, Texas, and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Lieutenant Colonel Crouch is a lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association, the Association of Quartermasters, the 13th COSCOM Association, the Association of the United States Army, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the American Legion. He is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Killeen Heights and the Copperas Cove Noon Lions Club.
