West Point Charitable Enterprises of Atlanta (WPCEA) is sponsoring 9 JROTC cadets from the Atlanta Public Schools to attend the West Point Summer Leadership Seminar (SLS).  West Point Charitable Enterprises of Atlanta, is a tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization supporting charitable activities which encourage youth leadership development.
